Recent questions have come up regarding sponsoring/donating baskets or items for the silent auction that I want to help clarify for everyone. Sponsoring and/or donating can be done in a variety of ways. Businesses usually send a monetary donation in the form of a check. I use these to cover the cost of the baskets. Individuals, families, groups of individuals/families may also send in a monetary donation (checks please), or may even want to consider putting together something that can be used as a prize for our silent auction. ANYONE, ANY BUSINESS, ANY INDEPENDENT CONSULTANT can certainly make a donation of ANY type. This is actually welcomed and very much appreciated. Below is a list of the baskets and the discounted prices of the items that will be at our bingo. If you are interested in sponsoring and have a preference of what you'd like sponsored, please write that on a seperate piece of paper, along with how you want your name to appear in our program. If it is from a business, or you have a business card, please also enclose that with your check, as this will be placed in our program. Please remember that I may not be able to guarantee that the item you select to sponsor will be the one you will actually sponsor. I will fill in the sponsor list on a first come/first received basis. I can assure you that if you make a donation, your name will be placed on an item that is as closely comparable to the amount that was given. Thank you for all of your support!
